Lean and Green Smoothie



Sometimes you just want life to be simple. So here's an extremely simple smoothie recipe to help fill you up and energise you no matter what part of the day. My super lean and green smoothie contains kiwi, kale, mint and mango to revive and revitalise. So here's to a super-healthy, energetic thirst quencher. Cheers!

Lean and Green Smoothie:

Handful Kale
1 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
2 Sprigs of fresh mint
Half a Mango, peeled and chopped into chunks
100ml of water or Fruit Juice
Squeeze of half a lemon (optional)

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Add Ice if required.

If you would like to make a batch of these smoothies I recommend doubling the ingredients (apart from the water) and placing them into a freezer safe bag and store in the freezer until required. The same method applies however you will not need the extra ice cubes as the ingredients will already be frozen! You can keep the smoothie mix in the freezer for up to 3 months!
